About Me

Company Profile Founded in 2012, our company is located in Guangdong, China — the world’s manufacturing capital. We specialize in precision machining and product development, supported by advanced equipment and a highly skilled engineering team.

Engineering Team:

  • CNC programming engineers

  • CNC operation engineers

  • CMM inspection engineers

  • Mechanical design engineers

  • Fixture design engineers

  • Laser scanning & 3D modeling engineers

With 30 experienced engineers and strong in-house production capacity, we also leverage the extensive network of supporting factories in Guangdong. This enables us to provide end-to-end solutions — from product design and prototyping to mass production and market launch.

Machining Capabilities

3-axis CNC

(Computer Numerical Control) machining is a subtractive manufacturing process in which material is removed from a solid workpiece using a rotating cutting tool. The machine operates along three linear axes: X-axis (left–right), Y-axis (front–back), and T (up–down).

Lathe

A CNC lathe rotates the workpiece while a cutting tool shapes it—ideal for producing precise cylindrical parts like shafts, sleeves, and fittings.

Multi-Axis CNC

Multi-Axis CNC Multi-axis CNC machines (4- or 5-axis) machine complex geometries in a single setup by moving the tool or part along multiple directions—reducing handling, improving accuracy, and enabling high-performance components for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications.

WIRE EDM

Precision cutting of conductive materials using a thin wire electrode and electrical sparks—ideal for complex shapes, tight tolerances, and hardened metals.

POWDER COATING

A durable, high-quality finish applied by electrostatically spraying powder paint and curing it in an oven—offering excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.

ANODIZING

An electrochemical process that creates a protective oxide layer on aluminum—enhancing durability, corrosion resistance, and enabling color customization.
